Mission:
The Independent Small Programs Alliance (ISPA) will provide strategic partnerships and leadership for independent small programs seeking to maximize marketability, differentiation, market share, program recognition, industry stability and strength, ethical boundaries and quality service provision to families, young people and referral sources.

Vision:
To present a cohesive and strong Alliance of service providers who will settle for no less than their earned and established place in the children, youth and young adult industry, while knowing success, industry stability, balanced competition which is founded on integrity.
